Kathleen Venant‍ - I would like to hear more about your experience with keto in the past. I am learning more and more about the benefits of eating this way. I think I am going to start slowly. First by getting rid of bread, pasta, rice, etc. Then cut down on fruit. However, I LOVE fruit! Was this a struggle for you in the past?
