Rest and Digest

In the last month I have worked hard on improving my diet and increasing my exercise; however, my sleep level is still lacking. There are not enough hours in the day, and my brain doesn't shut off when needed due to one of my strengths being an "achiever". Diet, exercise, and sleep tie together nicely though. My weight in fact goes up (as evidenced by weight tracking and sleep tracking) when I get less than 6 hours of sleep. I know, the recommended is 8 hours. That is my goal to master. To atleast be thinking about bedtime by 9 pm each night as 4:15 am comes early on work days.
