Healthier Bedtime Routine

I have created a bad habit of falling asleep on the couch, waking up frequently from doing so, and needless to say, the next day feeling fatigued with a lack of energy. My commitment is to go to bed (in my bed!) between 9:30 PM-10:30 PM each night. Also, to turn off any electronics 30 minutes prior to going to bed. Ultimately my goal is to go to bed and wake up at a regular time each day.
