REST COMMITMENT

Being a committed night owl and insomniac it is difficult to get enough quality sleep on a regular basis. I commit to make a better plan, establish a night time routine, turn off the electronics and do whatever it takes to get a minimum of 7 hours of quality sleep 5-6 nights/week. Long term goal is to reach 8 hours of sleep every night.
