sleep/rest commitment

I propose to set an initial goal 6-7 hours of sleep at least 5 out 7 days in the week. I have began a graduate nursing program and I know I will have many evenings completing assignments but I am planning to improve my sleep schedule to help myself feel more rested in mornings. I do not take naps now; I usually feel pretty rested when I get up in the mornings. I allow myself only one cup of coffee in the mornings and I do not drink any sodas.
