Sleep

I must try and sleep more when I'm working my 12hour night shifts because good sleep is essential to doing a good job @work.  I need to watch less tv and go to bed by 12:30p instead of 1:30p.  This one extra hour might be small, but it's a start.

Dymaith‍ have you come up with a strategy to trigger the earlier bedtime? Maybe set an alarm or set a timer for the television.
