No Screen Time At Least An Hour Before Bed

Sometimes I feel like screens have taken over my life. I probably spend all day looking at some kind of screen, and then what do I do when it's time to turn my brain off, relax, and get a good night's rest? I take another one into bed with me! I am going to commit to leave my phone charging in a different room and opt for doing something else. Maybe journal or read a good novel or do some yoga or stretches instead to get me relaxed and ready for better quality rest.

I will commit to turning off my phone at least 1 hour before bed and moving it to where I cannot access in the night or early morning.
I will commit to turning off my phone one hour before bed for 30 days.
I will turn off all social media and not play candy crush saga before I go to bed. I will commit to reading a book before I go to bed.
I am famous for "one quick game" or "one quick peek" at social media and before I know it, I've wasted a valuable hour of NEEDED sleep. I committ to no phone for the hour before bed for the month of July. Will post on my experience. Thanks!
I will turn off all gaming and put my phone away an hour before bed.

I will commit to not having my phone right next to my bed and buying and alarm clock to wake me up in the mornings!
This is always a tough one, but does make a difference in the amount and quality of sleep.
Less phone time and more sleep time!
It is most definitely difficult at first, but funny thing I've noticed: after two weeks of doing this, i'm less aware of my phone. Which I think is INSANE. This is bad because you don't want to lose it or you can't be reached when you should be accessible. Not sure how I feel about that, but I have been getting some amazing sleep and i'm calmer than usual. Anyone experiencing this?
