As a college student, it is often hard to get to bed at a reasonable hour. I want to focus on getting to bed between 10-11:30 pm and waking up around 6:30-7 am everyday to establish a normal sleep routine.

As full-time nursing faculty at a community college, and adjunct online for an MSN program, sleep is at a premium.  As a post-menopausal late middle-aged person, I have issues with getting to sleep and staying asleep.  My commitment to Sleep Health: Improve Sleep Hygiene. The plan: set timer for herbal tea and reading at night (turning screens off), using white noise to help with the focus on sleep (and drown out the snorer next to me), and consistently exercise.
