a good nights sleep

I sleep when I can, nap when I can.
The night shift has me on a very unstable sleep pattern. I sleep during the day and nap when I can so I can seem rested for when my schedule shifts back to the daytime. This keeps me refreshed for daytime exams and time with my family.
