I continue to resolve to take time to breathe deeply.  
When I do this, it slows me down, and helps me to become more present for the task at hand.  When I am more present, I am more thoughtful, more focused and much more true to ME!  When I am truest to me, I am happiest- and my patients and my colleagues can feel and share in that healing energy.
