Breathe

I am making a commitment to myself, and I encourage others to join in. I am taking five minutes each day to close my eyes, breathe, and meditate, so that I can be more aware of where I’m at in that moment physically and mentally and spiritually. This is so important and I have fallen off track with my routine in doing so. It can be hard at the beginning and some days and moment are easier than others, but the difference it makes is amazing if you stick to it and surrender yourself for that set aside time each day! There’s a great app called headspace that I highly recommend! :)
My goal is 5 min daily for the next 30 days (to start).
