I commit to letting myself be okay. I will sustain in measures to maintain veganism and doing yoga daily. I will cherish times where I feel like being more active by trying new things such as biking to local shops, running, and crafting. I will explore times of rest when by meditating, napping, eating outside, journaling, and hammocking. Most importantly, I won't shame myself for taking time for myself. I will check my phone apps twice a day. I will accept myself and the challenges life brings with open arms.
