I am going to focus on my own quality of life to increase my wellness and mental health. This will include making changes to focus on my education, career path, activity level, nutrition and sleep patterns. Changes will include changing my work schedule from 5 days a week to 3- 12 hours shifts at night to cut down on commute time and have more unpressured time to concentrate on school work.
