Quality Over Quantity

I commit to a better QUALITY of life; by doing:
Daily meditation for 15 minutes.
Taking 30 minutes every morning when I wake up, to have my own time.
Taking 30 minutes (60 total) every night to focus on each of my kids, one-on-one; & actively participate/listen/engage, instead of multi-tasking.

I feel that by making these three changes & actually sticking to them for 6 months, I can see a reduction in stress, & increase in happiness... which overall equals much improved quality of lufe for me.
