I have an Apple watch with the activity app that reminds me to take deep breaths throughout the day. I took it for granted and would stop to take breaths until my watch stopped vibrating, then quickly continued what I was doing until I slowed down and rather taking quick breaths, I stopped what I was doing, closed my eyes, inhaled deeply, and exhaled slowly for one minute. It really changed my mood for the rest of the day. I will continue to do practice this technique for a better and more relaxed me.

I commit to practice mindfulness daily for a better ME!
I stop and use the Breathe feature on my Watch. Favorite feature on my watch. 
Today I commit myself to practice mindfulness every day in every aspect of my life. I will do my best to stay in the present moment, and find joy within myself.

Need to practice mindfulness every, single day!
I am in an ongoing mission to practice mindfulness not only in my professional life boy also my person life. It’s a tough battle, and I’ve had many difficulties during my life, but I’ve conquered all of them with the support from my coworkers/family (I no longer have immediate family) and God.
