No peseveration

I have great friends who love me and are committed to me and will be there for me if I ever need them. I have wonderful children and a solid relationship with my man. I will focus on those people daily and stop my perseveration of one of my siblings who continues to distance a relationship. I will only focus on healthy relationships because I only hurt me when I focus on the negative.
