With being in school my lifestyle habits have gone down the tubes regarding all of the areas: eating, exercising & sleeping!!! I will be graduating the end of March and plan to make 2019 my year to get back healthy again! Lose weight and regain better overall physical, mental and emotional health - which will lead to a better quality of life overall. Good luck to all in your journeys!!!
