Fitness

One area I would like to focus on the most is my physical fitness.  Being more active while I am off work or in between school homework is important to me but it becomes a "back burner " when I am more focusing on work or school.  My SMART goal is as follows; I will walk briskly for 30 minutes 3 times per week.  I will track my progress by making a chart for each week.  I would like this goal to be for 1 month.  Walking outside is realistic 3 times a week because the weather is becoming nice enough.
