Sleep and hydration

I used to live a healthy lifestyle until I lost motivation and the pandemic happened. Now I am experiencing aches, pains, and discomforts due to unhealthy living. I would like to start this new journey by not only listening to my body but also taking action by committing to healthier living, starting with getting enough sleep/rest (7-8hours) and making sure that I drink a lot of water (at least 75oz)!
