Commitment to Quality of Life

As a nurse of 36 years I am aware that I have less years to make a difference now than in my early years. As quantity becomes less, I focus more on quality. Quality of life for others as well as myself. I plan to focus more on quality for me as I have not done enough of that in my years of caring for others. Lots of years left in me but if we don't care for ourselves first our well runs dry. I'm learning to say no and not try to save the world.
