Nutrition: Eating Well

I try my best to make well-balanced meals in advance to help fuel me for my work day so I can do my best on shift. Doing this helps save time throughout the week so I can rest once I get home and get the nutrition I need for the week. I also enjoy cooking and making meals. For me, it is downtime and helps me stay focused on my health goals. Since starting meal prepping, I have had much more energy and time to rest and enjoy off time.
