I committ to a better work-life balance.  I frequently put work first and put myself on the "back-burner".  I need to take time everyday to myself to work on holisticlly caring for myself.  I find lately I am overstimulated with work and school and I've been exhausted.  I committ to doing yoga to balance myself and work on my wellness, both physcially and mentally.
