exercise weekly

I will do something physical everday, even if it is just painting a wall or cutting wood. I will begin the habit of activities that count as aerobic exercise by starting with 1 day a week and sustaining aerobics for 30 mins. I will add another day per week every 2 weeks until I have built up to 4 days a week. I will then evaluate the need to add more days or more time per session.
