Physical Activity

I plan to increase my activity level from swimming 3 times per week with the Masters Swim Club, to include a 4th day of walking/biking/muscle strengthening. This will help me towards meeting the recommended guidelines for activity, and include some weight bearing exercise (although not so much w/biking/swimming) to help prevent osteoporosis, which I am at risk for developing. It will also help with the general feeling of well-being!
