Fit to be Fit committment

I am a 48 year old school nurse and full time Roller Derby skater. My goal is to be fitter off track by eating a more heart healthy diet and cross training more to reduce potential injury. My specific goal is to lose 20 lbs by August 1 and increase my weight training by 2 days per week of non-derby exercise with and without weights.
