I commit to attend the Unconquered Life Program at least 3 days per week. I will complete the daily workouts and work with the trainer to achieve my fitness goals.

I've had an elliptical at home and PIYO DVDs but could not see any shift in my weight. A new gym just opened two weeks ago, and I can finally do my yoga and spinning and weight lifting classes again - in the two weeks the gym has been open, I have gone 9 times and it is a family place, so my daughter has classes too and they have several indoor and outdoor pools! I am so excited to have a gym again as it works for me. My goal is not a huge one, but 10 lbs for me will get me where I have been for most of my 30s and 40s. I have lost the first 1.5 lbs since the gym opened. I have to balance my full time job and all the activities my daughter is involved in, so I do sometimes go for an early morning work out to squeeze it in - that's how I have done it at home these years. I guess I just needed the motivation from an inspirational instructor, good music and great classes with a group of other people looking to stay healthy. I feel I am already sleeping better and happier - of course, spring in New England is finally here, so that helps too!
