Increasing my activity

I commit to walking indoors or outdoors, at least 15 minutes on M-W-F, increasing to 30 minutes, 5 times/week by the end of August, starting tomorrow.
To improve strength and flexibility, I will locate a beginner yoga class that I can participate in weekly, within 2 weeks. If none is available nearby, I will locate an online or video substitute and (re)initiate yoga practice independently.
