Commitment of Healthy Dieting and Exercising

I am committed to losing 10 pounds or better by March 1, 2019.  I intend to exercise on the Nordic track for 30 minutes each day and eat 3 servings vegetables with 2 being fresh and 2 servings of fruit daily, 3 8-ounces of  water and watch my diet.  My consequences will be informing my accountability partner, T. Grindle and F. Smith and will have to give 3 dollars in an envelope when if I do not accomplish my weekly goal.
