Increase Physical Activity

I have knee problems that restrict the type of exercise I can do. I sit all day for my job, as well as most evenings while I complete on- line classes. One of the exercises I can do is biking, so I purchased a stationary bike/standing desk that holds my laptop so I can reduce the time I spend sitting and increase exercise the 2 days per week that I work from home or in the evenings while studying. I am very excited to receive it and begin my weight loss and health improvement journey!!!
