Step it Up and Move It

I plan to take the stairs again when going up or down instead of the elevator, and parking my car furthest away from the entrance during daylight hours when deemed safe. I also plan on doing 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week. Also stretching/weights to keep my muscles moving with prolonged sitting.
