I just had a Right TKR and I'm to have a L TKR in the next few months. I'm now back to walking my dogs at least once a day for 20 minutes at a time. When I go in for the 2nd surgery that will stop but i'll be in Rehab/PT at least 3 days a week with a home exercise program to do.
