Increase Active Minutes a day
Thanks to my fitbit, affectionately names "fitty" I am trying to increase my daily active minutes. My goal is at least 60 "active minutes" per day. While at work I am getting up once an hour and doing 1,000 steps. On my days off I am going to the gym and adding in more cardio. I also try to keep up with my fitty reminders and get up and move once an hour even on my off days.
