Physical Activity Commitment
I have just returned from a very busy vacation. We did a lot of sight seeing and many days I exceeded my 10,000 steps a day goal. One day I completed almost 31,000 steps! That's 13.5 miles. That day also included climbing 55 floors! You can understand why I need a vacation after my vacation! My commitment is to continue to complete at least 10,000 steps, use the stairs whenever possible, continue to eat fruits and veggies, drink enough water, and some how make time for exercise.
I will achieve my goal of 10,000 steps a day.

I use a fitbit and make sure I get in 10,250 steps a day - I know weird number but it equals 4.5 miles for me :-)
I need to make time for at least 45 minutes of walking 4 days per week after work. I will wear my fit bit everyday.
I commit to 10,000 steps or more per day.

I commit to walking 5 days per week - 30 minutes per day.
