Consistent Physical Activity

I am committing to improving my health & wellness by consistently exercising for at least 30 minutes every day. I will do a workout video first thing in the morning on days I work, or make time for the gym. I will run or cycle at least 4 times a week. I will add body strengthening activities at least 4 times per week (push ups, free weights, kettle bell, etc). I will continue to seek opportunities to work out with friends, husband, & the dogs (classes @ gym, sign up for races, take dogs on runs/rides, etc).
