Get On Up

I will begin walking 20 minutes per day at a pace where I can continue speaking in a conversational tone in the next 30 days.  I will increase the time amount by 5 minutes per week until I am at 60 minutes of walking at least 5 days per week.  In addition I will increase my pace until I am regularly breaking a weat.
