Time For Exercise

I commit to try to use my time wisely in 2019. I want to be able to make time for exercise at least 3 days a week, if not more. I have been very dedicated to exercise in the past and know the benefits of not only weight loss, but improved mental well-being and strive to obtain that in this upcoming year! If I get off track, I want to be able to pick up where I left off and not just give up!
