3 years ago, at my fittest, I used to do Zumba classes. Now because I've been too sedentary, I gained 20 lbs. I recently discovered I enjoy kickboxing but I have no endurance to finish a full hour. I want to go back to where I can exercise and have fun without worrying if I can finish a full hour. I commit to gradually increase my exercises until I can do high-intensity exercises for a full hour.
