Physical Activity

Working full time and most recently enrolled in an accelerated BSN program, I am finding it difficult to find time for the physical activity I enjoy.  Prior to classes beginning, my husband and I worked out with a trainer 2-3 evenings each week but this has been on hold with school starting and my children home on college break.  My commitment for now is to take the stairs at work and engage in a 15 minute brisk walk daily when I rise in the morning and in the evening.
