I commit to making a difference in my exercise and nutrition. I am already striving to be better at this but taking this survey just proved to me even more how much I need to improve on it. By raising my heart rate 4 times a week and counting my calories every day in hopes that I can see a difference after 4 weeks. This is a life style change, it has been since last JULY (2018) and I do not want to ever get back to where I was then.
