I commit to walking for at least 20 mins. at least 3 days per week - on my days off, plus doing the 5 Tibetan rites (Fountain of Youth) yoga poses after walking.

Good for you!  How long are you planning on taking to hike the 300 miles?  I'm pretty sure I have seen this movie - but I am going to watch it again as it's been a while!

I think we all should have a BHAG- Big Hairy Audacious Goal.  I have one for "Summer of 63" namely Summer 2021 when I am 63 years old.  My husband and I plan on hiking 300 miles of the Camino de Santiago- The Way of St. James.  If you have never seen the movie "The Way", I strongly encourage you to do so. The tradition is that once you have made the decision to "walk" you are already a "pilgrim".... So consider me a Pilgrim!  I have a great deal to do between now and then but I know that I can make this life dream happen.
