I am committing to doing yoga three times a week, for at least 15 minutes at a time. With my tight schedule as a mother and working student nurse, I want to set a realistic goal for something that I can take on. I know and have felt the many benefits of doing yoga, even if it's for short periods, and I know how much it will do for my mind, body, and spirit on this journey.
