Daily Stretching!

I am committing to making time to stretch daily for at least the month of January! Even if I can only get in a few minutes. I will add to my commitment in February!

TashaB‍ thats awesome! I still miss some days, but i definitely feel a lot better when I get my stretching time in! It really does make a difference!

I am committing to stretching 5 days a week.  So far so good.  I enjoy how I feel.

I'll be honest, I have already missed a couple days. But I am trying to find a good place to insert stretching into my routine so I don't forget and it becomes second nature to just do it!
