I am making a commitment to work on my physical fitness. For one month I am going to walk one mile 3 days a week and alternate with doing an 20-30 minute exercise video 3 days a week. I am going to do this for one month with the intent to increase my walking distance for the second month. I am doing this because I KNOW have poor exercise habits as I have gotten older. I feel tired and draggy frequently. Ive gained 30 lbs in the past 10 years. I'm not necessarily looking for weight loss, although I could use it. I just want to feel better. If I get a little more active I'm sure I will feel better.
