Commitment to aerobic exercises
I commit to adding aerobic exercises to my workout at least 2x a week. I often neglect activities involving cardio, as I'm exhausted post-workout. I will include cardio at the beginning of my workout before lifting. I also blame my asthma for my lack of running, so I commit to taking the proper precautions and incorporating outdoor runs into my weekly agenda for physical activity.
