Physical Activity Commitment

I am committing to maintaining an active lifestyle and prioritizing my physical and mental well-being. For me, being active and working out is my primary stress reliever so I want to commit to exercising 4 times a week with at least two days spent outside. I want to challenge myself to go on more hikes and walks with my husband and dog to explore new places.
