Improve My Core Strength

My commitment is to improve my core strength and possibly lose weight. At 62 - I want to be able to keep up with my granddaughter and be physically active! I will look into joining a formal class to learn Tai Chi or yoga, but I will begin by walking more. I remember telling my clinical nursing students as we entered our clinical area in the hospital - "Come on - keep up, walk like a nurse!"
Thank you for setting this up - it is so much more meaningful to make commitments out loud or better yet, published.
