Moving my body more
In Nursing school, everything feels overwhelming at times, and adding one more thing to your load of tasks can be overwhelming. I have committed to moving my body for at least 30 minutes a day to help my mental and physical health.
Lately, I have found it hard to make time for myself in my busy schedule so I have committed to moving my body at least 3-4 times a week for as little as 30 minutes a day! I have seen a big change in my mental and physical health and I have realized that I can't pour into others if I'm not filling my own cup! Now it is cooler, I can even bring my dog on nice walks to make sure she gets the exercise she needs too and it distracts me from when I get bored of the long walks!
