Going on runs!

I commit to continuing taking a 2-mile run at least 5 times a week. I took up running before the start of this semester, and it has helped me keep myself in shape and increased my physical activity. I want to continue this journey throughout the semester and into my career. Not only will it help me stay in shape physically, but it has and will help my mental health.
