Physical Activity

I commit to making my physical health more of a priority by walking outside 5 times a week. I love to go on outside walks but when I get busy with school and other commitments this physical activity is one of the first things that I drop from my schedule. When I go on walks it not only improves my physical health but also my mental health as I am able to take a break from all the distractions around me. Going on walks is very mentally restful as well as physically beneficial.

I commit to taking time to take care of my physical health with my friends and family. With the busy schedule, Its important to take time to relax and unwind from the stress that nursing can have .
