Increase Exercise for 30 days

To do yoga for 10-15mins every evening during the weekdays to help wind down, reduce stress and bring movement back into my body.
Do 5 mins of core work out once a week (during weekdays) for 5 mins to help strengthen pelvic floor and reduce possible back pain.
